The Writ petitioner sought for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to complete the proceedings in jh.th.01/2018-2019, within stipulated period as per G.O.Ms.No.6154, Industries Labour and Cooperation Department dated 17.12.1962. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader reported that they passed an order on 26.04.2018 itself, but the order copy has not been communicated. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to instruct the first respondent to serve copy of the order to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also furnish the necessary copies of other relevant documents on filing of copy application by the petitioner. 5.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
