Prayer in CRL RC(MD) No.193 of 2019 :

To call for the records of the impugned order passed in M.C.No.50/2017 dated 30.05.2018 on the file of the Family Court, Tirunelveli and set aside the same.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SEPANA @ SREE.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.VAMANAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited in M.C.No.50 of 2017 on the file of the learned Family Judge, Tirunelveli, based on the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2917 of 2019 in Crl.R.C (MD)No.193 of 2019, dated 01.04.2019.
