.. Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 26.10.2015 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis of representation dated 26.10.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
alleged to have been given by the petitioner, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.D.Muruganandam, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 5. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the sixth respondent.
3.It is seen from the records that on 26.10.2015, the petitioner has given a representation to the concerned authorities with regard to illegal acts alleged to have been done by the sixth respondent, but the same has not been considered. Under the said circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed without costs and the first respondent is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 26.10.2015 and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days.
