ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- While disposing of Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12495 of 2020, this Court has given a direction to the trial Court to conclude the case on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. The order was passed on 07.12.2020.

Now the learned Judge, II Additional Special Court for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai has addressed a letter dated 31.03.2021 stating that the prosecution witness were examined and now the case is posted for arguments on 01.04.2021. He seeks further two months time for disposal of the case.
