[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The grievance of the petitioner is that a patta has been wrongly given over a public pathway in Survey No.156/2 at Edaiyapatti (Melpagam) Village, Kadavur District, Karur District. With the aforesaid grievance, the petitioner has made a representation. Seeking action on the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, we direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 18.05.2018, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondent herein. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
