The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the second respondent in ep.K.M-2/1614/2021, dated 29.01.2021 and quash it as illegal and subsequently, direct the fourth respondent to issue patta based on the registered sale deed, dated 25.12.2020 in document No.7723, dated 25.12.2020 with Sub Registrar, Sathur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the State would submit that as per proceedings of the District Revenue Officer, Virudhunagar, dated 2/5

29.01.2021, the proceedings of Regional Deputy Tahsildar, dated 04.07.2019 was set aside and the patta was again changed back to the Samuthayam Venkatachalam Ayar Vahayara and the property situated in S.No.960/1A was classified as Pappu Nayakkan Oorani and she has also produced the copy of the proceeding of the District Revenue Officer, dated 29.01.2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition may be closed.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
