PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the order made by the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli in E.No.83 of 2017 dated 11.10.2017 in D.No.14791 of 2017 dated 11.10.2017 as illegal and against the principals of natural justice and quash the same. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the first respondent dated 11.10.2017, in and by which the petitioner was deprived from practising as an advocate.

2. Heard Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the first respondent and perused the records.

3. The learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that in the review application filed by the petitioner, an order has been passed permitting him to file vakalat along with other advocates, who are having roll in State Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry. Hence, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above fact, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
