Prayer in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18403 of 2018 :- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.466 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as illegal as against this petitioner.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. Janakiramulu.V, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl) for the respondentNo.3, this Court made the following order:

This petition is filed seeking to recall the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18403 of 2018, dated 15.11.2021. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that based on the closure report, RCS notice has been served to the petitioner only on yesterday.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication. The parties are directed to work out their remedy before the concerned Court. 4.With the above direction, this petition stands disposed of.
