The above application has been filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 93 days in filing the Cross Objection in C.M.A(MD)No.665 of 2024, which was filed against the order, dated 22.08.2023 in M.C.O.P.No.801 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/Cross objector would submit that they are not pressing this application and also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

3. In view of the same, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, the Cross Objection is rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
