O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the complaint given by the private respondents.

2. The case of the petitioner is that there was money transaction between her husband and the respondents 3 and 4 in respect of which she is not concerned. Due to some dispute between her husband, she is living separately along with child and the police is harassing the petitioner on the basis of the complaint by the respondents 3 and 4 against her husband and hence, the present petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9899 of 2019 complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4, enquiry was conducted in C.P.No.392 of 2019 and the same was closed on 03.08.20219.

4. Since the complaint has been closed, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Hence, this petition is disposed of.
