ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the third respondent and his officials not to harass the petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against the law under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 08.01.2020. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
