ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 07.04.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on 05.04.2022, the petitioner lodged a complaint to the second respondent. But, till now no action has been taken. Hence this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police issued CSR.No. 275 of 2022, dated 08.04.2022. On enquiry, it was found that previously, one Ayisha Banu, who was worked at the petitioner's clinic and the petitioner had illicit relationship with her. At that time, the said Ayisha Banu often asked for money. Hence, the petitioner terminated her from his clinic. Aggrieved 2/4

by the same, she lodged a complaint against the petitioner herein. During enquiry, she also produced morphed marriage photos, which was also identified by the respondent police. Then, the parties were advised to get appropriate remedy through the family Court and the complaint was closed. 4.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
