To pass an order of interim stay of operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz;.m1/8369/2015 dated 04.06.2019, pending disposal of the above main Writ Petition and thus render justice.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.NALLATHAMBI, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Learned counsel for the petitioner will implead the concerned Inspector of Police, before whom complaint dated 19.06.2019 has been lodged, before the date of next hearing.

2. Let notice go to the respondents through Court as well as privately. Private notice is permitted on the panel counsel for the respondent. Let instructions be obtained and counter be filed on or before the date of next hearing.

3. There shall be an order of stay of collection of penalty. At this juncture, it is recorded that there are no arrears of license fee as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
