This writ petition has been filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents herein from in any manner interfering with the petitioner's employment as Head Master in Anna Nagar Panchayat Union Elementary School, Mayiladumparai, Theni District and consequently, direct the respondents herein to issue necessary proceedings for deployment of the petitioner from 01.07.2019 in the present school without any further delay. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the

learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by proceeding, dated 01.07.2019, the third respondent has passed an order transferring the petitioner as Headmaster in Anna Nagar Panchayat Union Elementary School, Mayiladumparai, Theni District and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
