Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the second respondent's proceedings No.18071/B1/2011, dated 03.11.2016, and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the respondents to renew the petitioner's Mini Bus bearing Registration No.TN 69B 3279 without demanding the tax for the period from 30.06.2011 to 30.09.2015.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
