When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for both side submitted that the original suit in O.S.No.150 of 2017 which was filed by the respondent herein under Order 7 Rule 1 to 6 and Section 151 C.P.C, before the Additional Sub Court, Pudukkottai, was later transferred to the Sub Court after constitution of the Sub Court, Pudukkottai and taken on file as O.S.No.52 of 2021. It was dismissed for default on 22.08.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous.
2. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
