respondent in Detention Order C.O.C.No.2 of 2026 dated 11.03.2026 and to quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu, viz., Rajendran, aged about 58 years, s/o Rajendran, before this Court and set him at liberty, now detained at Central Prison, Trichirappalli. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for State of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side), by producing the proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.2542, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 22.04.2026 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
