To prefer this memorandum of grounds of second appeal against the decree and judgment dated 28.01.2008 made in A.S.No.64 of 2005 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, partially confirming and modifying the decree andjudgment dated 09.02.2005 made in O.S.No.371 of 1995 on the file of the Second Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

CMP(MD) No.6193 of 2019 or through by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to implead the petitioners/proposed respondents as respondents 3 to 8 in the above second appeal.

2. It is seen that the above second appeal in S.A(MD)No.374 of 2009 has already been disposed of on 12.07.2019. Therefore, the present petition in CMP(MD)No.6193 of 2019 is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
