ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 12.08.2021 and to give police protection for the petitioner for his life and limb.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation is in respect of theft of 125.800 gms of gold and recovery of Rs. 3 lakhs cash. He would further submit that the preliminary enquiry suggest that there is civil dispute between the parties, however the respondent police is taking appropriate action and if any incriminating materials are found, suitable action will be taken.
