PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order vide No.VeANi 1/4320/2025 dated 29.01.2025 passed by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioner is concerned and consequently, to direct the second respondent to revise the Seniority List as directed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in its order dated 18.04.2023 in Contempt Petition (Civil) Diary No.6415/2021, by complying the catchup rule, as the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Ajit Singh and others (II) vs. State of Punjab and others cited in (1999) 7 SCC 209 before promoting the general candidates, who were senior to the petitioner and post the petitioner in the same place, as she was placed earlier as Assistant Director of Agriculture. requested this Court to permit him to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
