This petition has been filed challenging the suspension order passed by the first respondent, dated 09.04.2022 and directing the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, petitioner's suspension order has been revoked and he was reinstated into service. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsels on either sides, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
