This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.2 of 2020 registered on the file of the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12292 of 2021 respondent for the offences under Sections 120 (B), 467, 468, 477 (A), 408, 409 and 420 IPC. The petitioner's counsel points out that A.6 and A.10 in this very same case, filed Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.859 and 983 of 2021 and the said Criminal Original Petitions were allowed on 22.07.2021. There is no dispute that the petitioner's case is also similarly placed. Therefore, the impugned FIR stands quashed as far as the petitioner is concerned. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
