ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who is the sole accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that now FIR has been registered in Crime No.1562 of 2020 under Section 160 IPC and the aforesaid offence is bailable.
