Respondent/Petitioner/3rd Defendant Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Suboridinate Court, Sattur in I.A.No.05 of 2023 in O.S.No.06 of 2020 dated 07-03-2023 and pass such further of other orders as this Court.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 05.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Suboridinate Judge, Sattur vide the letter in D.No.1467/2023 dated 09.11.2023,this Court made the following order: Today, this case is listed under the caption for "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court, vide order dated 05.07.2023, directed the learned Sub Court, Sattur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2020 1/3

expeditiously, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of that order.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge, Sattur, has submitted a requisition dated 09.11.2023 stating that the third defendant has filed two applications in I.A.Nos.7 and 8 of 2023 for reopening and recalling of P.W.1 and the same were allowed, that the plaintiff has preferred a revision before the High Court and the same is pending and that the plaintiff has filed an application in I.A.No.9 of 2023 and the same was pending and seeks one month further time to dispose of the suit.

4. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant one month further time as sought for. Accordingly, one month further time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2020 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
