: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from conducting election of Board of Directors to the fourth respondent society, scheduled on 01.09.2018, without following the due process of law and consequently direct the respondents to conduct election to the fourth respondent after publishing final list of candidates for election to the fourth respondent society. [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by Mr.K.Chellapandian, learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 that a final list has already been published, in which the petitioner is one of the elected Board of Directors.

2. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is still having any grievance, he can approach the authorities concerned under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
