ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 2 & 3 from interfering with the day day-to-day activities of the Sri Veda Ayurvedic Clinic, Door No.2/256, Old Courtallam Road, Courtallam, Tenkasi District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is running a Clinic in the name and style of ' Sri Veda Ayurvedic Clinic', Door No.2/256, Old Courtallam Road, Courtallam, Tenkasi District. However, the respondents frequently interfere in the day-to-day activities of the Clinic. Thereby, the petitioner gave a complaint to the respondents on 13.06.2022. However, there was no action. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition before this Court.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 16.07.2022. 2/4
