For Petitioner : Mr.R.Paranjothi For Respondents : Mr.S.Manikandan for R1 to R3 Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to investigate the matter further by including all the offences committed by the accused as per the complaint in the FIR in Crime No.89 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity over a civil dispute between the parties, the accused person attacked the petitioner and her husband with deadly weapons. The petitioner has sustained grievious injuries and taken treatment as inpatient more than a week. Hence, she lodged a complaint against the accused person and a case has been registered against the accused persons in Crime No.89 of 2023. Now seeking further investigation by including some offences, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is going on and it will be completed within a period of three months.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report before the concerned Court within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
