ORDER:- Habeas Corpus Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Maheswaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor On Behalf of the Respondent, this Court made the following order:

[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would state that the detenue's husband Masilamani gave a complaint for missing of the detenue Rebika Sharan, for which, Sevvapettai Police registered a case in Crime No.2130 of 2020 on 19.09.2020 under Woman Missing. It is further stated that the third respondent's father lodged a complaint with the second respondent Police for missing of the third respondent, for which a case in Crime No.523 of 2020 has been registered on 02.10.2020 under Man https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

HCP(MD). No.954 of 2020 Missing and the Police are effectively taking steps to secure the detenue and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks further time.
