Rmk notice to the respondent, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of at the admission stage on the following terms:

(i)The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to take up the case in H.M.O.P.No.35 of 2023 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii)The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is requested to take up the case in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2020 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
