PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.196 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 IPC in Crime No.196 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.
2.As per the FIR, the specific allegation as against the petitioner is that he forged the signature of the defacto complainant in the cheque and transferred the same to the account of the 1st accused. Now, the 1st accused died.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the account of the 1st accused has been seized and now the money is safe. The money involved in the aforesaid issue is Rs.13,40,534/-.
4.Since the money is safe and the account of the 1st accused has been freezed, considering the period of incarceration and considering the fact that no previous bad antecedents is reported against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with stringent conditions.

No.12708 of 2022 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, Madurai District, and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. sd/- 14/07/2022 / TRUE COPY / 14/07/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
