[Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.] When this Court was not inclined to entertain this writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition, in order to enable the petitioner to surrender and undergo the sentence and thereafter grant liberty to file a fresh writ petition.
