Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure , to withdraw and transfer C.C.No. 26 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No. II, Kuzhithalai to any other Judicial Magistrate Court located in any district other than Karur district. and Trichy District.

ORDER:

This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur District vide the letter in D.No. 1627 of 2018 dated 25.09.2018 and upon hearing of Mr.T.M.MADASAMY, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, this court made the following order: By order dated 19.09.2017, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the criminal original petition pending on his file, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, dated 26.09.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 19.09.2017.

3. There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.

4. Therefore, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 19.09.2017.
