Heard both sides.
2. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. No counter is filed on behalf of the respondents.
4. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court praying for passing of an order in directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 05.06.2015 within a reasonable time for removal of the wrong entry of Natham Poromboke in the A-Register on the file of the 2nd respondent in respect of Survey Nos.415/18 & 415/9.
5. At this stage, the Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 brings it to the notice of this Court that the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur is not arrayed as one of the respondents to the writ petition. In fact, he is the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
proper and competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2015.

In view of the fact that the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur is the competent/proper authority to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 05.06.2015 and also this Court taking note of the fact that the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur is not shown as one of the respondents to the present writ petition, at this stage, this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Soon after the presentation of necessary petition by the petitioner before the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur, the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur is to take it on file and dispose of the same on merits by passing a speaking order, by providing enough opportunity to the petitioner and others concerned, by following the principles of Natural Justice. It is open to the petitioner to render his assistance and unstinted cooperation to the District Revenue Officer, Thanjavur so as to enable him to dispose of his representation in a complete, effective, efficacious and also in a comprehensive manner.
7. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
