Mrs.Karpagaselvi, Assistant Engineer/third respondent herein is present in person before this Court. She firmly states that within a period of three weeks, the electricity connection will be provided to the petitioner herein.

2. Recording the said submission, the Contempt petition stands closed. I have to necessarily mention here that this Court had already fixed the time limit and the same was not adhered to. Be that as it may, if the assurance given by the third respondent herein before this Court is not complied with scrupulously, it is open to the petitioner to make an oral mention before this Court for reviving the Contempt petition.
