This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/2nd respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.3655 of 2022 dated 23.02.2022 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on 23.02.2022, this Court directed the respondent to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued as against the accused in STC.No.302 of 2016. However, while pending the warrant, both the parties entered into compromise and settled the entire issue. Therefore, the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the accused become infructuous.
3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed. 02.06.2023 NCC:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No dss
