*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to remove the TASMAC Shop No.5273 located at Melur Main Road, Melur Town Kaspa, Melur Town, Madurai District.

2. It is brought to the notice that the petitioner runs a business immediately adjacent to the TASMAC Shop, operation of which he complains of. Such fact has found no mention in the affidavit of the petitioner. Therefore, it is apparent that the petitioner is pursuing private interest in the guise of public interest.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
