ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same has been closed. The same is recorded. He would further submit that meanwhile, the wife of the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent based on which enquiry has been initiated.

3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
