ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- 1/3

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5140, dated 20.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has not yet been completed.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.5140, dated 20.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, once in a month i.e. On the 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
