This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition as (out of one surety should be a blood surety) imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Lalgudi in Cr.M.P.No.1558 of 2023, dated 17.05.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Cr.M.P.No.1558 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Lalgudi, dated 17.05.2023, is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum." In respect of other condition, the order of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Lalgudi, shall remain unaltered. 4.The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly. 15.06.2023 sji NCC: Yes/No Index: Yes/No Internet: Yes/No Note: Issue order copy on 16.06.2023.
