By consent, this writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal, at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned Counsel, who takes notice for the respondents 2 & 3.

Alleging that despite the petitioner has produced all the required documents including securities, the third respondent bank has not sanctioned him the loan amount, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 10.11.2017. As the same is also kept pending, without any action, the present petition came to be filed, for the aforesaid relief.

4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the first respondent is only a formal party and there is no relief sought against the first respondent and hence, he is not pressing this petition as against the first respondent herein. The said statement is recorded.

5. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, submitted that the authority concerned is inclined to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, within a stipulated time limit.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.11.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
