4.The President, Thiruvadanai Panchayat, Ramanathapuram District. : Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certirorarified Mandamus to call for the records and quash the impugned proceedings, dated 29.02.2016 issued by the fourth respndent office allotting 14 shops to selected persons and consequently direct the first and second respondents to instruct the 3rd and 4th respondents to conduct auction transparently in public tender to lease all the 23 shops in a transparent manner.

********** The petitioner Mr.P.Balasubramanian has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned proceedings, dated 29.02.2016 allotting 14 shops situated at Kamaraqjar Bus Stand, Thiruvadanai, in favour of the existing lessees and to direct the respondents to conduct public auction in respect of the said shops. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the mater came up for hearing today, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Advocate that already the aforementioned shops were allotted to the existing lessees and therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the above, there is nothing to adjudicate in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
