Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner is a retired government servant. He reached the age of superannuation on 29.02.2020 and he was allowed to retire. In his representation, he has stated that while he has received all the other benefits, his DCRG alone is being withheld. The petitioner has given representation dated 13.02.2023 in this regard. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass an appropriate order after taking into account of all the relevant aspects. 3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
