Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SIDDHARTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12127 of 2018, dated 17.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This petition is filed after expiry of time granted to surrender and execute sureties by this Court. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the condition that petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,000/-(One https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
