ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to dispose of the appeal preferred by him on 24.08.2015 before the first respondent. However, when this case was taken up for admission, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that on 13.07.2023 itself, the said appeal was rejected.

2. In view of the said submission, this writ petition stands closed and liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. There shall be no order as to costs.
