O RDER This petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.301 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.301 of 2022 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-III, Thoothukudi and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.892 of 2023. Hence, at this stage, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
