2.As no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, with the following direction:
There shall be a direction to the Principal District Judge, Karur, to dispose of the I.A.No.4 of 2023 filed by the petitioner to set aside the ex-parte judgment, dated 10.12.2020, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending such exercise, the proceedings in I.A.No.2 of 2022 for passing a final decree in O.S.No.116 of 2018, shall be kept in abeyance. No costs.
