O R D E R

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard both sides.

2. By the impugned order, the petitioner had been directed to remove himself from the petition mentioned land. The second respondent had not indicated the source of his power. It is not known under what provision of law the impugned action is being taken.

3. Secondly, the impugned order was not preceded by any show cause notice. On these twin grounds, the impugned order is quashed. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
