The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the second respondent to recover the money from the fourth respondent's frozen accounts and handover the same to the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that they are taking action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and a case has also been registered. Further, he submits that they have also made a request to freeze the account. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed.
