ORDER

The order challenged in this writ petition is appealable before the first respondent. The petitioner is given liberty to move such petition before the first respondent. If the same is filed within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without any limitation and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. Of course, the first respondent will put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. 2/4

2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
