This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the husband has given a complaint against the wife that she has taken away the child. This https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been registered as women missing and child missing case in Crime No.321 of 2018 by the respondent police. 4.This is an issue, where the respondent police will have no jurisdiction to investigate the case. The parties will have to resolve the dispute before the appropriate forum. The respondents shall not harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
